Yes. Capturing, signing, and anchoring proof from the app is free for everyone. Metering applies only when your own backend calls the hosted API with an API key.
Successful anchors, batch records, and verifications made through the developer API. The Capture App's own anchors are free.
Sign in, then complete the one-time verification payment shown in the console. The amount is an authorization check — pay it by UPI QR or any UPI app, and it is refunded to you once the payment is matched. A billed account that goes unpaid for a full monthly cycle is suspended until it renews.
No. Anchoring is idempotent: re-anchoring the same image hash for the same client returns the existing record. Failed chain submissions are retried without extra charge.
Yes. GET /credits/balance, /credits/usage and /credits/transactions expose your balance and every metered event, and the console shows the same data.
